Yes, they are fresh blends. In order to preserve flavor, we suggest you refrigerate them and drink them within 10 days of opening. Once the chai is crafted by our master brewer, we feel the best flavor is within six months. For this reason we put a six month expiration date on our blends.

We use organic cane sugar.

The tea in our chai concentrate blends are organic and comes from the Mana Organics estates. The spices are organic when possible, but due to market price fluctuations and availability that are occurring due to climate change, we have to maintain flexibility in our sourcing.
