Description
Dog Head Tribute Tea (Sold Out)
A smooth and delicate green tea, Dog Head Tribute Tea comes from Southern Yunnan. It was a tribute tea to the emperor of China during the Song Dynasty. This tea is a special regional cultivar. It has long thin leaves, thin stems and a sweet and fruity fragrance. The liqueur is nutty, reminiscent of toasted cashews, it is delicate and smooth, yet produces a full and elegant mouth. It can survive being over heated but is best if you pay attention to putting in the right water temperature and letting it sit for the right amount of time.
On the other hand, I just put a tablespoon into a 16 0z glass and fill with water then drink it, filling the glass twice.
