Description
Our White Peony Tea
Our Bai Mu Dan is an exquisite white tea, sun dried in Fujiang, China. A shoot and a leaf are plucked, then sun dried for two days and gently heaped for an hour. The result is bright melon, pepper, honey, and silver fern flavors, with sweet scents of cloverflowers and fresh pepper. If you tend to the delicate leaves with water than is no more than 180 degrees, soaking the leaves for 45 seconds and adding 15 seconds per pour, you will get at least 4 delicious servings from each heaping table spoon of the light and fluffy leaves. This tea is full of energy and I highly recommend it for any time of the day.
